No Prep Frozen Shrimp Stir-Fry

If you’re like me, you get in cooking ruts. You go through a rotation of meals and struggle to come up with new ideas. Introducing no prep frozen shrimp stir-fry!!

This is a meal that you can have tucked away in your freezer, ready to go whenever you need it! And the best part is, it’s not just quick, but healthy too!!

We love to grab some frozen egg rolls from the grocery store and pop them in the oven while the stir-fry is cooking, just adds a little something extra to the meal!

I love that it only takes two ingredients (plus a tablespoon of oil) for a complete, healthy meal! My toddlers also enjoy it due to the included yummy teriyaki sauce!

I know the cooking with a toddler/baby on the hip struggle well, and this meal allows me to be virtually hands free once it’s cooking! Dreamy right??

This meal is pretty flexible as well. We love it with frozen shrimp because it adds some good protein with no prep time, but it would also be delicious with cubed chicken breast or beef! If you are vegetarian, just eat the stir fry as is, don’t add any meat! Or maybe throw in some tofu!

The possibilities are endless, and delicious with this quick and easy meal!!

  • 1/2 bag frozen peeled devain taill off shrimp can use fresh if you prefer!
  • 1/2 bag birds eye stir-fry veggies & sauce I use teriyaki flavored!
  • 1 pouch teriyaki sauce included in birds eye stir-fry veggies & sauce bag!

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add about 1/2 bag birds eye stir-fry veggies & sauce (about 6 cups) AND about 4-6 cups or 1/2 bag frozen peeled devain taill off shrimp. You can also use fresh shrimp if you prefer-if you use fresh shrimp, do not add it until the stir fry has cooked for about 5 minutes or they will be overdone.
1 tbsp oil, 1/2 bag frozen peeled devain taill off shrimp, 1/2 bag birds eye stir-fry veggies & sauce
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Open and empty 1 pouch teriyaki sauce from the frozen stir fry bag into the skillet. Stir it together then cover and let cook for 2 minutes.
    1 pouch teriyaki sauce
  • That's it! Easy peasy, low maintenance, zero prep and nutritious for your family!
I like to throw some frozen egg rolls in the oven to go with it!

This is a great meal to have on hand for days when you don’t know what to cook, don’t have time to cook, or want something that has plenty of vegetables! I love this meal because on its own it contains veggies, proteins, and carbs! There isn’t really a need to add anything to it, but we do like to have egg rolls with ours sometimes!
Make sure you watch it as it cooks because if it gets overcooked the shrimp will get rubbery and the veggies will be mushy.
