No Prep Frozen Shrimp Stir-Fry
If you’re like me, you get in cooking ruts. You go through a rotation of meals and struggle to come up with new ideas. Introducing no prep frozen shrimp stir-fry!!
This is a meal that you can have tucked away in your freezer, ready to go whenever you need it! And the best part is, it’s not just quick, but healthy too!!
We love to grab some frozen egg rolls from the grocery store and pop them in the oven while the stir-fry is cooking, just adds a little something extra to the meal!
I love that it only takes two ingredients (plus a tablespoon of oil) for a complete, healthy meal! My toddlers also enjoy it due to the included yummy teriyaki sauce!
I know the cooking with a toddler/baby on the hip struggle well, and this meal allows me to be virtually hands free once it’s cooking! Dreamy right??
This meal is pretty flexible as well. We love it with frozen shrimp because it adds some good protein with no prep time, but it would also be delicious with cubed chicken breast or beef! If you are vegetarian, just eat the stir fry as is, don’t add any meat! Or maybe throw in some tofu!
The possibilities are endless, and delicious with this quick and easy meal!!
