Few Ingredient One Pan Healthy Dinner
So you are short on time and need something that will nourish your family well, taste delicious, and take little time to make?? Say hello to this few ingredient, one pan healthy dinner!
Packed with veggies, full of color, and EASY to make, you’re going to love this meal!! (And your kids will too!)
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that you can totally make it your own!! Look around your fridge and use ingredients you already have! If you don’t like one of the ingredients I used, just sub it out for something your family likes better!
My kids LOVE sausage, so I’m always looking for recipes that include sausage! This recipe is great though because you could easily use chicken sausage, Turkey sausage, cubed chicken, or whatever you like!

Another way to make this recipe your own is to use different combinations of spices! I used Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper but you could play around with different flavors that fit your family well!
This meal is great on its own, but I like to serve it with a couple sides! I have done different combinations of brown rice, white rice, fruit salad, rolls, homemade bread, and even Mac & cheese! If you need a good bread recipe, try my favorite 4 ingredient bread recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Fresh Broccoli Crown
- 1 Package skinless smoked sausage
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
spices
- Italian seasoning
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
Instructions
- wash vegetables and preheat oven to 4251 Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 Zucchini, 1 Fresh Broccoli Crown
- cube all vegetables and sausage and place into a mixing bowl1 Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 Zucchini, 1 Package skinless smoked sausage, 1 Fresh Broccoli Crown
- drizzle olive oil, add seasonings to taste, and mix1-2 Tbsp olive oil, Italian seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
